When will my order ship?
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, however, orders typically ship within 2 weeks.
Does the online store ship internationally?
Yes, we can send orders to international addresses. International shipping and handling rates will apply, which you will see on your checkout page. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee that you will/will not be charged any customs, taxes, or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. This applies only to International and Canadian orders.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my online store order?
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless your order is incorrect or damaged. Please refer to our Return Policy here for more information.
What if my order is incorrect and/or damaged?

Can I return or exchange my online store order at the Graphaids store on the Otis campus?
Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to process returns or exchanges at Graphaids.
Do you offer free shipping on returns for incorrect or damaged orders?
Unfortunately, we are not able to pay for shipping on return items.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
We sell a limited selection of our online merchandise at Graphaids, the art supply store located on our main campus at 9045 Lincoln Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90045. Currently their hours vary so please call them at (424) 207-3770 to check their hours before planning a visit.
Why do I have to include my phone number at check out?
Your phone number allows UPS to keep you updated by text regarding the timing of your delivery.
UPS texted me a delivery confirmation, but the merchandise I ordered is missing. Will you replace my order or offer a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for merchandise that is lost or stolen. Your best recourse in this situation is to file a claim with UPS. Please note that while your merchandise is in-transit UPS will text you several times about the expected delivery window so that you and be prepared to receive your order accordingly.
My order was $200. Why is there a signature required for delivery?
Orders over $200 require a signature for delivery as a safeguard. We want to make sure you get your merchandise!
