Return Policy
At this time we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless your order is incorrect or arrives damaged. If your order is incorrect or is damaged, we will be happy to assist you. Please send an email to otiscollegestore@promoshopinc.com with a photo attachment showing the issue with your merchandise, a description of the issue, and your order number. Your email must be dated and received within two weeks of receipt of your order. A staff member will respond to your email with instructions on how to proceed.
